How to use stable statistics: Go to Management → Reports → Statistics. The dashboard shows the most important KPIs at a glance: offered and held lessons, utilization in percent, and cancellation rate. Below that you'll find riding instructor and resource statistics. In the Finance tab you see all revenue from lesson card sales AND paid cash lessons - including refunds and cancellations as negative offsetting entries. All figures can be filtered by time period (week, month, quarter, year, or custom).
Which KPIs does the dashboard show?
Overview:
- Offered lessons - All riding lessons in the selected period
- Held lessons - Lessons with at least one participant
- Utilization - Percentage of filled spots (color-coded: green from 70%, yellow from 40%, red below 40%)
- Cancellation rate - Share of cancelled bookings (color-coded: green below 10%, yellow up to 25%, red above 25%)
Cancellation details:
- Cancelled on time - count and percent
- Cancelled late - count and percent (highlighted in red)
- Moved up from waitlist - count
What riding instructor statistics are there?
For each riding instructor you see:
- Number of lessons held
- Total number of participants
- Utilization in percent (color-coded)
This way you can tell at a glance which riding instructor has the highest utilization and where there's still capacity left.
What resource statistics are there?
For each facility (riding arena, outdoor arena, etc.) you see:
- Number of booked lessons
- Utilization bar (visual, color-coded)
This way you can see which facilities are heavily used and where you could offer more lessons.
What does the Finance tab show?
In addition to the overview, there's a separate Finance tab (pill toggle at the top). It shows all revenue:
- Total revenue - Sum of card sales + paid cash lessons in the selected period (gross). Refunds and cancellations are automatically offset
- Cards sold - Number of assigned cards
- Cash lessons paid - Number of cash bookings marked as "Paid" by the riding instructor
- Breakdown by payment method - How much by cash, bank transfer, debit card, and other
- Booking list - Each entry with:
- Card sale: sequential receipt number, date, member, amount, card type, payment method
- Cash lesson: date, member, event title, amount (no receipt number circle for cash)
- Refund (red, with minus + mandatory reason): Cancelled card sales or refunded cash lessons
- Cancellation (€0 + badge): Cash receivables cancelled without payment (e.g. lesson dropped)
Refund + cancellation badges in the header show how many corrections were made during the period.
Export: Use the "Export PDF" or "Export CSV" button to download the revenue overview as a file - ideal for bookkeeping or your tax advisor. Refunds and cancellations are clearly marked so the receipt number sequence can be traced correctly.
Small business regulation: If, as a small business (§19 UStG), you don't charge VAT, the tax rate is set to 0%. You'll find this setting under Management → Settings → "Small business regulation". The receipts then show the note "No VAT charged in accordance with §19 UStG".
Which time periods can I filter by?
At the top of the dashboard you'll find time-period pills:
- Week - Current calendar week (Mon–Sun)
- Month - Current calendar month
- Quarter - Current quarter
- Year - Current year
- Calendar icon - Custom period with start and end date
Frequently asked questions
How do I spot problems with late cancellations in StalliQ?
The cancellation rate in the dashboard shows the share of all cancellations. The detail view distinguishes between on-time and late. In the members area you see the late cancellation rate per member as a badge (yellow from 5%, red from 20%).
Are refunds and cancellations recorded correctly in the statistics?
Yes. Card refunds (cancelled with a mandatory reason) appear as a negative offsetting entry in the sales list. Cash cancellations (lesson dropped, receivable not collected) appear as a €0 entry with a badge. Both are automatically offset against total revenue, so the statistics show the actual cash flow.
Where do I find open cash receivables?
Under Management → Receivables in the "Cash open" tab. There you see all cash bookings that haven't yet been marked as "Paid", with member, lesson, date, and amount. You can select "Paid" or "Cancel" directly from the list or inline in a lesson's attendance check. More under Payment model and cash receivables.
Can I export the statistics in StalliQ?
Yes. In the Finance tab you'll find buttons for PDF export and CSV export. The PDF export creates a formatted revenue overview with receipt numbers, refunds, and cancellations that you can hand to your tax advisor. The CSV export provides the raw data for your own analysis (e.g. in Excel). The KPI overview (utilization, cancellations) is currently only viewable in the app.
Which stable plan do I need for statistics in StalliQ?
Stable statistics are available from the Stable S plan (€45/month) onwards. All tiers (S, M, L, XL) have the same statistics scope.
