1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile application "StalliQ" (hereinafter "App"), provided by:

By registering and using the App, you accept these Terms of Service.


2. Description of Services

StalliQ is an equine management app for horse owners, co-riders, and stable operators. The App offers the following features, among others:

3. Registration and User Account

Using the App requires a user account. You are obligated to provide truthful information during registration and to protect your credentials from unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Plan

Basic features of the App are available free of charge. The scope of features may be limited.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions (Plus, Pro)

Extended features are available through paid subscriptions. Payment is processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

4.3 Stable Subscriptions (B2B)

Stable operators have access to separate subscriptions with extended management features, tiered by stable size:

Stable subscriptions are billed directly by StalliQ Labs (not through the app store). Billing is annual in advance by invoice. All prices stated are net and subject to statutory VAT. For businesses established in another EU member state that provide a valid VAT identification number, invoicing is issued without German VAT; the tax liability is transferred to the recipient under the reverse-charge procedure (Art. 196 of the VAT Directive). The prices valid at the time of contract conclusion apply.

Contract term and cancellation: Stable subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months and are automatically renewed for another 12 months unless cancelled at least 3 months before the end of the respective contract period. Cancellation can be made in writing or by email to info@stalliq.de.

Price changes will be announced at least 30 days before the start of a new contract period. In the event of price increases, the stable operator has the right to cancel at the end of the current contract period.

4.4 Credits (AI Credits and Event Credits)

Certain features (AI document analysis, creating public events) consume credits. Each subscription includes a monthly allowance that resets on the first of each month. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs.


5. Usage Rights and Obligations

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload (text, images, documents). By uploading, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content.

We are not obligated to review user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to remove unlawful or inappropriate content.


7. Health Data and Disclaimer

StalliQ is not a medical product and does not replace veterinary care.

The health documentation and AI-powered document analysis features serve informational purposes only. No veterinary diagnosis or treatment recommendation is provided.

AI disclosure: The AI-powered document analysis uses an AI system (Claude, Anthropic). Results are marked as AI-generated and may contain errors. User review is required.

For health concerns regarding your horse, always consult a qualified veterinarian.


7a. System Messages

StalliQ sends automated notifications via a system account (e.g., lesson cancellations). These messages serve informational purposes and cannot be replied to. You can clear system messages or leave the conversation.


8. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause temporary limitations.

The App supports offline functionality. Some features require an internet connection.


9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery effort that would have occurred with regular backups appropriate to the risk.

The above limitations do not apply to liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.


10. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts immediately in case of serious violations of these Terms.

For paid subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect changes in legal requirements, new features, or updated business conditions.

You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification in advance. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you object to the modified Terms, you may terminate your account.


12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of the provider.
