You can delete your StalliQ account at any time. This permanently removes your account and all associated personal data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the StalliQ app and sign in.
- Go to your profile and tap Edit profile.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all data will then be permanently deleted.
Delete your account in the web portal
Alternatively, you can delete your account in the web portal at portal.stalliq.app: Settings → Profile → Delete account.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account removes, among other things:
- Your profile and login credentials
- Your horses including health, diary and gallery data
- Appointments, bookings and attendance
- Messages and conversations
- Stable memberships and roles
- Consents you have given
- Uploaded files and images
Retention for legal reasons
We may retain certain data for the period required by law (e.g. tax and commercial retention obligations relating to payments) before it is permanently deleted. Such data is used solely to meet these obligations and for no other purpose.
No access to the app?
If you cannot delete your account yourself, email us at kontakt@stalliq.de - please use the email address your account is registered with, or include it. We will then delete your account on request within the statutory period.
