Yes, all riding students and boarders use StalliQ completely free - whether at a riding school or a livery yard. They can book riding lessons, make cancellations, see the arena scheduling, receive push notifications and manage their horse. Only the stable operator pays the subscription.

Stable operator plans start at 45 €/month net, plus VAT (Stable S, up to 25 members) and go up to 175 €/month (Stable XL, from 151 members). All plans include complete riding lesson and arena management, packages, a statistics dashboard and event credits. Every new stable automatically starts with a free 4-week trial. The stable subscription is offered exclusively to businesses, e.g. riding schools, livery and training yards.

Yes. The FREE plan gives you 1 horse with a full profile, gallery, diary, health timeline, cost tracking and calendar - free forever. PLUS (4.99 €/month) adds unlimited horses, document AI and 15 AI queries; PRO (9.99 €/month) adds event creation and 50 AI queries.

Yes. Servers are located in Frankfurt (Germany), and processing follows GDPR with documented data processing agreements. Horse health data and personal stable data are not used for advertising or model training. The privacy policy and Privacy Policy are linked in the footer.

Vet findings, insurance policies or medication plans can be photographed. The AI automatically extracts diagnoses, active ingredients, insurance benefits or contract details and fills in the right form in the app. The complete health record can then be exported as a PDF and sent, for example, to a vet.

Riding lesson booking with level checks, a flexible payment model (cash or card per lesson, horse-type permission school horse/own), multiple cards per lesson, series booking up to 56 weeks in advance, automatic time and horse conflict protection, arena scheduling with capacities and disciplines, packages and lesson cards with auto top-up and FIFO consumption, attendance tracking with a cash receivables workflow for riding instructors, a statistics dashboard with utilization, cancellation rates and financial overview, an accounting-correct cancellation function (card refund, cash open, cash paid) with a mandatory reason, PDF/CSV export for accounting, the small business rule (§19 UStG), school horse workload alerts as well as events and clinics with slot booking and push notifications.

For each riding lesson, the riding instructor defines which horse types are allowed (school horse, own horse or both) and which payment options apply: two separate cash prices (with/without school horse) and/or a selection of lesson cards. Each card in turn has a horse type (school horse / own / both). When booking, the student first chooses their horse, then the payment method from a picker that only shows matching options. Cash bookings create open receivables, which the riding instructor marks as paid in the attendance check or in the admin list „Receivables“, or cancels with a mandatory reason.

Yes, in three scenarios, each with a mandatory reason: (1) card sale booked incorrectly - units are returned, a negative offsetting entry appears in the financial overview, as long as no unit has been consumed yet; (2) cash receivable open, lesson is cancelled - the entry appears with 0 € and a badge in the statistics; (3) cash already paid, refund needed - a negative offsetting entry is created and the „paid“ status is reversed. The receipt number sequence stays gapless in all cases and ready for PDF/CSV export.

StalliQ bills riding lessons via lesson cards (packages) and cash payment. You create card types with name, number of lessons and price yourself - as a one-off card or as a monthly subscription that tops itself up automatically. Card and subscription lessons are deducted based on attendance (excused absences are credited back), cash-paid lessons land automatically in the „Claims“ list where you mark them as paid or cancel them. You see the balance per student, plus a statistics dashboard and PDF/CSV export for accounting (incl. the small business rule §19 UStG). Important: StalliQ documents the billing but does not process online payments - selling cards and collecting payment happen offline (cash or bank transfer).

Horse owners can manage up to 8 insurance types (surgery, health, combo, liability, life, theft, transport, other). StalliQ knows 32 insurers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with all current tariffs. When adding one, a policy can be photographed - the AI automatically extracts the insurer, tariff, contract details, premium, deductible and GOT rate. For health insurance, benefit highlights (colic surgery, MRI/CT, physiotherapy etc.) are shown automatically. Active insurance policies also appear in the health record PDF export.

Yes. In equipment management you record durable gear such as a saddle, bridle or blanket, assign it to your horses and create your own categories. You can lend any item to other StalliQ users - with an optional return date, lending history and automatic notification. The list can be filtered by All, Lent out, Lent to me and category. StalliQ only provides the platform for documentation; any loan agreement is made directly between the users involved.

Tasks (to-dos) can be created personally, for a horse or for the whole stable - for example feeding, mucking out or turnout. You assign people in charge, schedule one-off or recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and check them off per occurrence. Overdue tasks automatically trigger a push reminder to the assignees. In the task hub, segments separate My and Assigned tasks, along with sections for Overdue, Open and Done.

StalliQ is available as a native app for iOS and Android. Push notifications, photo uploads and offline behavior are implemented in line with each platform. Stable operators additionally manage their stable and subscription in the web portal at portal.stalliq.app; for riders and horse owners, StalliQ is deliberately designed mobile-first.
