Export a health record as a PDF in StalliQ

Here's how to export the health record in StalliQ: Open the horse profile, go to the "Health" tab and tap the "History" tile. At the top of the timeline you'll see the "Export health record" card. Tap it, choose the scope and date range, and tap "Create PDF". The PDF is generated and can be shared or saved right away - perfect for the vet, your insurer or your own archive.

What does the PDF contain?

The health record PDF contains up to 8 sections. Empty sections are hidden automatically:

  1. Allergies & intolerances - allergen, severity and reaction
  2. Chronic conditions - condition, severity, treatment and medication
  3. Insurance - active health insurance policies with insurer, policy number, coverage amount, deductible and fee schedule rate
  4. Vaccinations & dewormings - date, type, product and batch number
  5. Health history - all other health record entries (vet, dentist, farrier, injury, illness, surgery, preventive care) with date, title and notes
  6. Weight history - date, weight in kg and measurement method (scale, weight tape, estimated)
  7. Symptoms & observations - active and past symptoms with severity, observation history and photos (full report only)
  8. Service providers - assigned vets, dentists, osteopaths etc. with contact details

The header contains the horse's name, breed, sex, date of birth, UELN, microchip number and passport number. Every page shows the creation date and the page number.

Does the health record export in StalliQ cost anything?

No. The PDF export is free in all plans - including the FREE plan. No AI credits are used.

How long does it take to create the PDF in StalliQ?

A few seconds. For a full report with lots of photos it can take a little longer, since the images are embedded.

What data is missing from the PDF?

The PDF contains all the health data stored in StalliQ. Not included are: diary entries, gallery photos (except symptom photos in the full report), costs and appointments. For a complete data export, use the feature under the More tab > Settings > Export data.

Can I export the health record of a shared horse in StalliQ?

Yes, as long as you have the "Read health" permission for the horse. Permissions are granted by the owner under Horse profile > Share.

In which language is the PDF created?

The PDF is created in the language you've set in the app - German or English.
